Mac and Cheese recipe

To make this somewhat dog-related, I will say that the dogs loved this recipe, perhaps almost as much as I did.  🙂  They only got a taste, though.  I had it for dinner last night, and breakfast and lunch today.  Yum.

One of my favorite radio talk show hosts, Gene Burns, posted this recipe on his blog.  He has a nightly newstalk show as well as a ‘Dining Around’ show on Saturdays.  This has to be the best Mac & Cheese I’ve ever had, though perhaps the most expensive to make because of the 3 different kinds of cheese it requires.
