Sport turned 3 today! I took her for a birthday hike late this afternoon with my friend Pam and her Golden, River.
But first, we had to play on the playground equipment. Sport is holding her Orbee 8-ball (referenced in yesterday’s post).
Oooh, two can slide at once! That’s River (who is 1 year old) on the left.
Sport and the 8-ball on the trail…
The last dog-human age scale I saw was this:
1 year old = 15 yrs
2 year old = 24 yrs
every subsequent year, add 4 years.
That makes Sport 28 years old, and Cooper is 62!
I saw another age chart at the vet’s office based on the weight of the dog and Cooper was more like 80 years old, but super active in great shape!
